The administration of Ulyanovsk issued the formal permission on construction of the Jewish cultural center. According to the Town-planning Code of the Russian Federation, construction of facilities obtaining the construction license precedes. It is the official document confirming compliance of the project documentation to those requirements which are imposed to a construction object. Moreover, without having the construction license, it is impossible to issue further the property right to an object therefore it is difficult to revaluate importance of this document.

We remind that the old building located on the site is at the moment demolished the construction debris and fight of a stone laying is exported.
Now the project needs the help of sponsors and philanthropists to start works on filling of the base and construction of walls.
